Green Energy Battery Co., Ltd. releases new smart lithium battery pack S32-064 on January, 2017. The smart lithium battery pack is assembled with high-qualified lithium-ion battery with nominal voltage and capacity of 11.1v 6400mAh. The battery pack S32-064 is characterized with high energy density, long cycle life, impedance tracking, cell balance and SMBus communication,functions, safety and environmentally friendly, widely used in industrial equipment and medical equipment, tablet PCs, notebook computers and other fields.

Internal Deigned with Charge and Discharge Intelligent Management System
Usually the lithium-ion battery packs are more sensitive to voltage, current and temperature during the charge and discharge process, and there is an inconsistency with each single cell. The battery pack internal designed with an intelligent charge and discharge management system to detect each single cell voltage, current and temperature, control the battery pack to charge and discharge balanced, In order to balance the charge and discharge, to protect the battery from damaging of overcurrent and short circuit.
SMBus Communication Functions
Smart lithium battery pack consists of three parts: lithium ion batteries, battery protection control circuit and a package case, among them, the cell protection control circuit works as a guardian to support the entire intelligent battery system management, which is called SMBus (System Management Bus). The communication function of battery packs mainly rely on the adoption of SMBus bus, to note down the maximum charge voltage, current, remaining power, battery temperature and other parameters through the SMBus, to follow up with the battery working status dynamically, and then to predict the remaining working hours. In the dangerous circumstances of overcharge, over discharge, over-temperature, the smart battery pack can be protected automatically, and issued an alarm broadcast, so as to predict the condition of battery packs more accurately.
